Compounding

GSV Group has automatic centralized rubber compounding setup facility installed and integrated with a high-tech automated intermix system with facilities for automatic chemical weighing, auto oil dispersion, batch off unit, and cutting ensuring consistency in the compound properties, optimal productivity and resulting in a mixing capacity of more than 2000 tons of rubber compound per month. Custom design and mixing of compounds to meet your specific requirements is our specialty. We have the expertise to mix all type of rubbers, which include Natural, Butyl and all Synthetic rubbers.

Rubber Molding

I. Injection Molding

The group has deployed advanced Microprocessor controlled Desma Rubber Injection Molding machines of up to 250 Tonnes, which are deployed as per the nature of the product.

II. Compression Molding

GSV Group has installed various PLC controlled Vacuum Compression and Transfer Molding machines of different capacities for Rubber Compression Molding, running in sync with the low cost automation for benefits like cycle time reductions, compound savings, ergonomics etc.

Plastic Molding & Assembly

GSV is equipped with latest Horizontal Plastic Injection Molded machines ranging from 130T to 220 Tonnes. In a quest to further augment its product offering, GSV keeps upgrading itself to bigger tonal machines.
